Scandinavian Airlines

Scandinavian Airlines is the largest airline in Sweden and the countries flag carrier. The airline operates numerous European and International services from the country, but also offers some domestic services across Sweden. The airline has a hub at Stockholm Arlanda Airport but also has Gothenburg Göteborg Landvetter Airport as a focus city. Scandinavian Airlines is also a great airline to fly with if you're planning to book flights within Scandinavia.

Norwegian Air Sweden

Norwegian Air Sweden (not to be confused with Air Sweden) is the Swedish subsidiary airline of the Norwegian Air Shuttle Group operating services across Sweden and Europe. Norwegian Air Sweden works in conjunction with their parent airline on a majority of services. The airline operates a fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft on all of its services.

BRA Braathens Regional Airlines

Braathens Regional Airlines, although Norwegian-owned, is Swedish-based. The airline, formerly known as Golden Air, operates on of the most extensive regional networks across the country second only to flag carrier Scandinavian Airlines. The airline operates from its hub airport at Stockholm Bromma Airport, operating a fleet of ATR 72, Embraer E190 and Fokker 50 aircraft.

TUIfly Nordic

TUI fly Nordic is a charter leisure airline owned by the German travel company TUI AG. The airline operates services across the Nordic region but is based in Sweden with some of the airline's hubs being Göteborg Landvetter Airport, Norrköping Airport and Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

Domestic destinations: Gothenburg, Malmö, Norrköping, Örebro, Sälen Trysil, Stockholm (Arlanda), Umeå and Växjö


Novair

Novair, short for Nova Airlines is a Swedish leisure airline based at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport. The airline operates services on behalf of the Swedish travel company Apollo. Novair also has seasonal operating bases in Norway's Oslo Airport as well as Copenhagen Airport and Billund Airport in Denmark. Additionally, the airport also has a seasonal hub in Gothenburg Landvetter Airport. The airline currently offers 4 domestic destinations across Sweden operated by the airline's Airbus A321neo.

Amapola Flyg

Amapola Flyg is a cargo and passenger airline based at Stockholm-Arlanda airport offering a wide range of destinations across Sweden, Finland and Ireland. Although TUI fly Nordic and Novair are Swedish airlines they only offer flights from Sweden to international destinations.

You may not be required to travel with a passport on domestic Swedish flights, however, you may be required to carry a form of holographic ID, such as a driver's License.
