NyxAir is an ACMI, charter and cargo airline that is based in Estonia. The European airline is founded in 2017 and operates flights in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa, as well as scheduled destinations domestically in Estonia from its base Tallinn Airport.
NyxAir operates a fleet of Saab 340, Saab 2000 and ATR42-500. They are twin-turboprop aircraft which are suitable for both passenger and cargo services. Safety, brilliant onboard services and keeping their ticket reasonable is their aim.
NyxAir has different baggage policies for carry-on and checked baggage.
Passengers are entitled to one piece of 8kg free hand baggage allowance with a maximum dimension of 45cm x 35cm x 20cm. Another piece of personal item is allowed for each fare-paying passengers. Personal items include items such as a handbag, a camera, a laptop bag, etc.
Passengers must not carry any prohibited items onboard the aircraft, including any liquid exceeding 100ml. Prohibited items identified by airport security will be confiscated. Fluid within 100ml must be placed in a transparent plastic bag for security check.
Any items onboard exceeding the carry-on limit must be transported as checked baggage. Any oversized baggage could be treated as cargo.
Passengers who purchased 'Flex' or 'Light' tickets will receive one piece of free baggage allowance within the weight of 15kg and the total dimension of 158cm.
Any baggage exceeding 32kg will not be accepted by the airline due to international health and safety regulation. Passengers who want more baggage allowance can buy excess baggage. Excess baggage can be added to the flight when booking with Alternative Airlines. This can be done during the booking process or by contacting a member of our customer service team once the booking has been made.
NyxAir passengers should check in at the airport since the airline doesn't offer online check in.
Online check-in isn't currently available for the airline. All passengers must check-in at the airport.
Airport check-in counters open one hour before and close 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights. Check-in counters for international flights open two hours before and close one hour before departure time.
Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport two hours before the scheduled departure time. Any passengers who failed to check-in at the airport in time could result in denied boarding.
NyxAir hasn't got a frequent flyer programme to offer its customers.
NyxAir isn't part of any global airline alliances.

Pets can be travelled with the passenger in the cabin or in the cargo hold. However, pets travelling in the cabin must strictly comply with the airline policy. The pet container must fit within 40cm x 25cm x 23cm, a maximum of 8kg and only cats or dogs are allowed in the cabin. Any kitten or puppy must be at least eight weeks old for them to travel.
There are strict requirements on pets travelling in the trunk so please refer to the airline website for more information.
The airline reserves the right to permit or refuse any pets from boarding the aircraft.
