Zooom Air is an Indian regional airline, based at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) in New Delhi. The airline was founded in 2013 and began operations in 2017, with a flight from Delhi to Durgapur, with a stop at Kolkata. Today, the airline operates 3 scheduled passenger and commuter flights, connecting major states and cities and business hubs, including Delhi in New Dehli, Jaisalmer in Rajasthan, and Agra in Uttar Pradesh.
Zooom Airlines India is a full-service carrier, meaning a number of benefits, such as a complimentary baggage allowance, are included in the price of the ticket.
Zooom Air is the brand name for Zexus Air Services, the private company that owns the airline - Zooom Air was originally named Zexus Air, before re-launching its brand name in 2014.

Zooom Air has a different baggage policy for carry-on and checked baggage policy.
Passengers may carry a maximum of one piece of hand baggage, such as a laptop or handbag. The carry-on bag must not exceed 5 kg, not the following measurements: Length – 34cms, Width -10cms, Height - 20cm
Zooom Air India allows free checked baggage up to 15kgs per adult.
You can add additional baggage to your booking when you book your Zooom Air flights online through Alternative Airlines. At the airport, for domestic flights, excess baggage is charged at a rate of INR 100 per kg for the first 5 kg, and INR 250/kg for baggage over and above 5 kg.
The airline operates a full-service model and is dedicated to providing a premium experience for business commuters and travellers.
There is only one cabin class available, which the airline refers to as Premium Economy.
There are 50 comfortable premium seats, arranged in a 2 x 2 configuration. Seats are spacious, with fold-down trays and ample storage in the back-of-seat pockets and overhead storage.
The aircraft have modern, soundless cabins, which are more than 6’2” tall, allowing passengers to stand and move comfortably.
Even on domestic flights, the aircraft have fully-equipped hot galleys, with two flight attendants serving hot drinks, snacks/light meals.
For most routes, Zooom Air passengers can check in online, however for those routes that doesn't have the service available, passengers must check-in at the airport.
Online check-in is available on most routes, and opens through the airline’s website 24 hours before departure. Online check-in closes 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
Check-in times will depend on the airport you will be flying from. In most instances, check-in opens two hours before departure. All Passengers will need to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Valid identification is a government-issued photo id, such as a passport or driving license.
WiFi is not currently available onboard Zooom Air flights.
Zooom Air India is able to offer special services for those with disabilities or requiring additional assistance. The airline is able to provide services for Infants, pregnant women, wheelchair-bound passengers, crutches/braces / other prosthetic devices, visually impaired passengers, and senior citizens. If you require assistance, you can add a note to your reservation during the booking process, or can contact customer service at least 48 hours before departure.
The airline is not currently part of an airline alliance program.
The airline does not currently offer a frequent flyer program.
As of April 2021, the airline has scheduled flights to the 3 destinations within 3 Indian states. Popular destinations include New Delhi, Agra, and Jaisalmer. The airline operates regular flights to and within the northern states of India that includes New Dehli, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.
