• Complimentary Beverage: Passengers receive a premium drink voucher for use on the day of travel, including alcoholic beverages.

Business Class Seats

• Seating: Business Select passengers enjoy the same comfortable seats as those in Economy Class, with the added benefits listed above.

Free Live TV and Movies

• Southwest gives you free access to live TV channels as well as a selection of the latest movies available to stream on your personal devices through Southwest's mobile app or web browser.

Wi-Fi

• You can stay connected in the air with Southwest's Wi-Fi packages (for a small fee). You can browse the internet and check your emails, all while onboard!

Music and Podcasts

• Music stations and podcasts are available to stream on your Southwest flight, as long as you have the Southwest app.

Free Messaging

• You can make the most of Southwest's free in-flight messaging network (iMessage and WhatsApp), keeping you connecting with friends and family during your flight.

On your Southwest flight, you can expect complimentary snacks and beverages, but no full meal service.

The complimentary snacks offered may include pretzels or a snack mix. The complimentary non-alcoholic beverages offered may include soft drinks (like Coca Cola), water, coffee, tea and juice.

If you fancy an alcoholic drink on your Southwest flight, these are available to purchase from the in-flight menu.

How to Earn Rapid Reward Points

Points are earned based on the cost of your Southwest ticket, not the distance travelled. For every US dollar spent on Southwest flights, you can earn points. The number of points per dollar will vary depending on the fare type:

• Wanna Get Away: 6 points per dollar
• Anytime: 10 points per dollar
• Business Select: 12 points per dollar

You can also earn Rapid Reward points through Southwest's partners, including hotel stays, car rentals, dining and even shopping with Southwest's affiliated retailers!

How to Redeem Rapid Reward Points

You can redeem your Rapid Reward points for flights, with no restrictions on dates or seats. The number of points required for a flight will depend on the fare price - the more expensive flights will require more points.

Rapid Reward Tiers and Benefits

• A-List: This is earned after 25 one-way qualifying flights or 35,000 tier qualifying points in one calendar year. Benefits include priority boarding, a 25% earning bonus and same-day standby.
• A-List Preferred: You'll earn this tier after 50 one-way qualifying flights or 70,000 tier qualifying points in one calendar year. Benefits include a 100% earning bonus, free in-flight Wi-Fi and all of the benefits that come with A-List.
• Companion Pass: Earned after 100 qualifying one-way flights or 135,000 tier qualifying points in one calendar year. With Companion Pass, you can designate one person to fly with you free of charge (excluding taxes and fees) each time you buy or redeem points for a flight.

Rapid Rewards is a great frequent flyer programme because your points won't expire, as long as your account is active! You can also use your points to book ANY available seat on ANY Southwest flight without worrying about blackout dates.
