Whether you need a passport to travel on a domestic flight within Canada will depend on the airline that you’re flying on. However, you’ll normally only need a form of photo identification, such as a passport or a driver's licence or another Identity Card. The internal flight check-in time for domestic flights in Canada also differs from airline to airline.
