If you have purchased a refundable flight and wish to cancel, you will receive a refund minus any cancellation fees to process the refund. If you have purchased a non-refundable flight you will not be entitled to a refund.

Can I receive a refund on a non-refundable flight?

You cannot receive a refund for your non-refundable flight ticket. However, Delta has a 24-hour free cancellation policy where you can cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking.

Does Delta have a Cancellation Fee?
