How to cancel a Qatar Airways flight at Alternative Airlines
Need to cancel Qatar Airways flights? If you booked your Qatar Airways flights through Alternative Airlines and wish to cancel, you can do this through the Manage My Book portal or contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.
1. Self-service flight cancellation via 'Manage my booking'
You can sign in online via 'Manage My Booking' using your booking reference. Once you're signed in, you can easily cancel your Qatar Airways flights. We'll show you the total refund you're entitled to based on the airline's fare rules before you proceed to cancel your flights.
- If you applied Cancellation Protection to your booking, you will only be able to get a full refund if you have to cancel Qatar Airways tickets for emergency reasons. Claim your refund here.
Please be aware that many flight tickets are non-refundable, as per the airline's terms and conditions.

Please be aware that if you contact us outside of business hours to cancel your Qatar Airways flights and the 24-hour window has elapsed by the time we have received your refund request, we may not be able to honour the 24-hour cancellation policy as Qatar Airways may not allow us to issue the refund.
You must contact us between 9am - 8pm UK time if you wish to cancel your Qatar Airways booking within the 24-hour cancellation window and receive a refund.
