Passengers in Economy Class are entitled to one item of free carry-on baggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg. On flights to Brazil, Economy Class passengers are entitled to one item of free carry-on baggage with a maximum weight of 10 kg.

Passengers in First Class and Business Class are entitled to two items of free carry-on baggage with a combined weight of 15 kg.

No one piece of baggage can exceed the dimensions of 50 cm x 37 cm x 25 cm (20" x 15" x 10"), regardless of the cabin class.

The free checked baggage allowance will depend on the route that the passenger is flying and the cabin class that they're flying in.

Economy Classic:

Economy Convenience:

Economy Comfort:

Flights to/from all destinations - passengers are permitted 1 piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 35 kg (77 lbs).

Flights to/from Africa or the Americas - passengers are permitted 2 pieces of checked baggage, each weighing no more than 23 kg (50 lbs).

Business Classic, Convenience and Comfort:

Flights to/from all destinations - passengers are permitted 1 piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 40 kg (88 lbs).

Flights to/from Africa or the Americas - passengers are permitted 2 pieces of checked baggage, each weighing no more than 32 kg (70 lbs).

First Elite:

Flights to/from all destinations - passengers are permitted 1 piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 50 kg (110 lbs).

Flights to/from Africa or the Americas - passengers are permitted 2 pieces of checked baggage, each weighing no more than 32 kg (70 lbs).
