In economy class passengers are allowed to take 1 personal item such as a purse, briefcase, laptop bag and must weight 10kg and overall be 100cm dimension. Business class, Comfort Club and VIP Club passengers are allowed to take 2 pieces of personal items.
For checked baggage, for passengers in economy class, Azerbaijan Airlines operates a policy of no free baggage allowance for flights under 3.5 hours and 1 piece not exceeding 23kgs for flights over 3.5 hours. For Comfort Club, 2 pieces of baggage allowance not exceeding 32kgs each for any flight.
Economy Class is Azerbaijan Airline's most simple and stripped-back cabin class, but still offers a high standard of service and a comfortable in-flight experience.
On international flights, passengers can enjoy access to the airline's in-flight entertainment system, with a range of television shows, films and music. On the airline's more modern aircraft, each seat is fitted with a 10.6 inch personal TV monitor. On older aircraft, passengers can enjoy the in-flight entertainment through a shared overhead monitor.
Passengers can order food and drink from the airline's in-flight menu, which includes a range of hot and cold snacks on shorter flights, hot meals on longer flights and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on all flights. On flights of over four hours, passengers can enjoy complimentary drinks and light snacks from the airline's self-service bar.
At this current time, the airline does not have WiFi connectivity on their aircraft.
Economy Class seats are set out in a 3 x 3 configuration on short-haul flights and in a 3 x 3 x 3, 2 x 3 x 2 or 2 x 4 x 2. Seats have between 30–32 inches of pitch and 17–18 inches of width.
Premium Economy, also known as 'Comfort Club', offers the same great service of Economy Class but with a more spacious, comfortable and relaxed journey.
On the ground, Premium Economy passengers are given priority check-in and boarding, as well as access to the airline's Business Class lounge. At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, passengers are treated to personal assistance and fast-track services at the airport.
In-flight, passengers sit in a dedicated cabin. All food and drink are served on china plateware, with a range of hot meals, snacks and complimentary beverages on offer.
Each passenger is given access to the airline's in-flight entertainment system, which can be accessed through the personal TV monitor that is fitted to each Premium Economy seat.
Premium Economy passengers are given a special 'Comfort Club' travel kit, which includes a soft pillow and blanket.

Business Class passengers can enjoy a fantastic in-flight dining experience, with food served on china plateware. All food and drink are complimentary, with a great selection on offer.
Business Class seats are set out in a 2 x 2 formation and have 42 inches of pitch and 21 inches of width. Seats come with footrests and extended recline, so passengers can stretch out and relax. Each seat has a power outlet that can be used to charge and power personal electronic devices.
First Class, also known as 'VIP Club', is Azerbaijan airlines most exclusive and highest standard cabin class. First Class is available on longer flights, operated by the airline's larger and more modern fleet.
On the ground, passengers can enjoy access to the airline's Business Class lounge, as well as personal assistance through the airport at Heydar Aliyev International Airport and priority check-in and boarding.
Passengers can enjoy a fine dining experience with delicious hot meals ordered from the airline's VIP Club menu. This comes accompanied with an extensive drinks menu, inclusive of hot, cold, non-alcoholic and premium alcoholic drinks, such as champagne, whiskeys, rums, gins and other alcoholic beverages.
Passengers are given an exclusive VIP Club travel kit, which comes with a premium pillow and blanket.
On flights over 7 hours, children are given a selection of toys to play with and keep them entertained for the duration of the flight.
First Class seats are set out in a 2 x 2 x 2 or 2 x 1 x 2 configuration with 60–61 inches of pitch and 21 inches of width. Seats transform into fully lie-flat beds and give passengers access to the airline's in-flight entertainment system through a 17-inch touch-screen personal monitor which is fitted to each First Class seat
The airline's Business Class lounge is open to all passengers with a VIP club, Comfort Club or Business Class ticket.

Passengers can check-in for their Azerbaijan Airlines booking at the airport check-in counters. Check-in at the airport closes 60 minutes before scheduled flight departure time, so please make sure you arrive at the airport with plenty of time.
