Air Manas, previously Pegasus Asia, is a low-cost airline based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Air Manas' hub is at Manas International Airport. Air Manas flies to many destinations across Asia and Europe, including Urumqi, Delhi, Bishkek, Osh, Krasnoyarsk, Istanbul and Moscow.
Air Manas was founded in 2006 and initially operated charter services. In 2012, Pegasus Airlines bought 49% of Air Manas and together they launched a new airline, Pegasus Asia, which operated similar routes to Air Manas does now. Pegasus Asia existed from 2015—2017, until Pegasus Airlines and Air Manas decided to rebrand Pegasus Asia as Air Manas, in order to establish a unique brand identity that was not connected to the Pegasus Airlines brand by the general public.
Air Manas has a different baggage policy for international and domestic flights carry-on and checked baggage policy.
Passengers on Air Manas domestic flights are entitled to one item of carry-on baggage with a maximum size allowance of 20 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm and a maximum weight allowance of 8kg.
Passengers on Air Manas international flights are entitled to one item of carry-on baggage with a maximum size allowance of 20 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm and a maximum weight allowance of 5kg.
Passengers on Air Manas domestic flights with a BASIC fare ticket aren't given any complimentarily checked baggage.
Passengers on Air Manas domestic flights with a ESSENTIALS or BUSINESS fare ticket are given 15kg checked baggage.
Passengers on Air Manas domestic flights with a ADVANTAGE fare ticket are given 20kg checked baggage.
Passengers on Air Manas international flights with a BASIC fare ticket aren't given any complimentary checked baggage.
Passengers on Air Manas international flights with a ESSENTIALS or BUSINESS fare ticket are given 20kg checked baggage.
Passengers on Air Manas international flights with a ADVANTAGE fare ticket are given 25kg checked baggage.
There is on one seating class available: Standard (Economy). There are up to 30 seats on the aircraft. All seats have padded headrests, with ample storage in the overhead bins above the seats. The flights are only short, as the airline only operates regional flights, so facilities and services are limited onboard the flight.
Air Mansas passengers must check in at the airport since the airline doesn't offer online check in.
Online check-in isn't available on Air Manas' flights as of now. Keep checking back to see if Air Manas introduce online check-in in the future.
Airport check-in is available on all Air Manas flights. Air Manas recommend that passengers arrive at least two hours prior to their scheduled flight departure time in order to allow sufficient time for check-in, security and boarding.
Air Manas airport check-in closes 30 minutes before departure time on domestic flights and 45 minutes before departure time on international flights.
Ensure that you arrive at the airport in plenty of time so as to avoid missing your flight.
Air Manas is not part of any airline alliance at this time.
