Air Ayiti is a start-up virtual carrier airline which was founded in 2015. Based in Haiti in Port au Prince Toussaint Louverture International Airport, the airline hopes to be the leading airline to connect Haiti to the USA.
The airline flew its debut flight on 7th June 2019, flying between Miami and Port-au-Prince in Haiti.
Air Ayiti has different baggage policies for carry-on and checked baggage.
Each passenger is entitled to one item of free carry-on baggage and one free personal item.
The carry-on baggage must fit in the overhead bin on the aircraft and must be no bigger than the dimensions of 56 x 36 x 23 cm.
The personal item must be no bigger than the dimensions of 45 x 35 x 20 cm.
Passengers can check two items of baggage for free. After that, passengers are charged for each piece of baggage.
