You are entitled to 1 piece of 5kg (11lbs) carry-on baggage. It must fit within the overhead locker and under the seat and must not exceed a total dimension of 115cm including handles and wheels. It's included in all fares for Uzbekistan Express.
Please be aware that no prohibited items are allowed onboard including any fluid exceeding 100ml. All items carried onboard are subject to airport security checks.
If your fare includes checked baggage allowance, then you're entitled to 1 piece of 15 kg (33lbs) baggage with a maximum sum of the dimension of 158cm.
If you're travelling with a child, you are entitled to an extra 5kg (11lbs) of checked baggage allowance.
Excess baggage can be purchased during the booking process when booking with Alternative Airlines. It's often cheaper to buy excess baggage online prior to your flight departure.
Uzbekistan Express passengers can check in at the airport or beforehand using the airlines online check-in service.
Check-in online is available for Uzbekistan Express via the Uzbekistan Airways website. However, you can only check-in online for domestic flights only.
Please make sure that you enter the correct travellers details when checking in.
If you didn't check-in online or are not eligible, you must check-in at the airport for your flight.
Airport check-in counters open 3 hours before and close 40 minutes before the established flight departure time. Upon arrival, you should report directly to the check-in desks for Uzbekistan Express with your travel documents and visas (if required).
If you're late for online check-in, you may be refused to board. At Alternative Airlines, we recommend passengers to arrive at the airport 2 hours before the scheduled departure time so you won't miss your flight and have plenty of time to check-in.
You can earn frequent flyer programme points when flying with Uzbekistan Express! UzAirPlus allows you to redeem points for class upgrades and/or reward flights.
