USGlobal Airways is a start-up airline which was founded in 2017. It plans to offer a scheduled passenger carrier services once it begins operating, with also the potential for cargo services too.
The airline was founded from the former Baltia Air Lines, Inc in 1989, which aimed to operate flights from New York JFK Airport to the then-Soviet Union. However, it was decided in 2017 that the airline should rebrand and re-structure due to Baltia having never operated a flight or even owned a plane. In the rebranding, it was also decided that the airline would also move its operations to Steward International Airport.
In June 2017, after its rebrand, the company announced the intention to buy Songbird Airways however this was cancelled later in the year in November.
