With Spirit Airlines, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your flight within 24 hours of when you first made your booking and at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date.
If you want to cancel your Spirit Airlines flight but the 24-hour window has elapsed, you won't receive a refund and you may need to pay a cancellation fee (depending on how soon you cancel your booking).
You can cancel your Spirit Airlines booking made through Alternative Airlines and still receive a full refund as long as you contact us during our operating hours and within the 24-hour cancellation window.
If you attempt to contact us outside of our operating hours and the 24-hour window has already expired by the time we receive your request, we may not be able to honour Spirit's 24-hour cancellation policy as the airline won't issue the refund to us.
