Manta Air is a Maldivian domestic commuter airline that operates scheduled flights within the Maldives. The airline carrier operates out of its hub at Dhaalu Airport (DDD). The airline was founded in 2016, they welcomed its first aircraft in November 2018 and officially announced the brand in November 2018. Manta Air went on to then receiving the Air Operators Certificate in February 2019 and officially began operations later that same month with its land-based aircraft operations.

When passengers arrive at the terminal of the airport, they will hand in their boarding pass and the airline will take care of their luggage. It would take a few minutes for you to get checked in. The airline emphasis that passengers are advised to arrive 2 hours before their scheduled departure time and closes 30 minutes before. The airline cabin crew from there will be ready to help in the check-in and boarding process.
