Kharkiv Airlines was a Ukrainian airline based in Kharkiv. Kharkiv Airlines was founded in 1998 and operated flights until 2001. In 2012, plans to resume the airline began. Renamed Kharkiv Airlines, on June 6 2013 the renewed airline made its first flight on a new Boeing 737-800NG from Kharkiv to Antalya (Turkey).
Kharkiv Airlines operated charter flights to Antalya, Sharm-el-Sheikh and Hurghada from Kyiv, Kharkiv and Lviv.
