In addition to offering charter services from Chernivitsi International, the airline also offers aircraft leasing services. Most notably, the airline leases its aircraft to Iran's national carrier, Iran Air.

The airport was built in 1928 and shortly after the first scheduled flight from the airport was flown with a service to Bucharest - Iasi - Cernauti.
