About Cebu Pacific
Cebu Pacific (Cebu Pacific Air Inc.) is a low-cost airline based at Mactan-Cebu International Airport in the Philippines. The airline offers flights to numerous international destinations and operates from 7 strategically placed hubs: Manila, Cebu, Clark, Kalibo, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro and Davao. Other hubs include Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Manila Terminal 3), Clark International Airport, Kalibo International Airport, Francisco Bangoy International Airport and Iloilo International Airport.
The airline is the main low-cost airline in the Philippines and the cheaper alternative to the country's national carrier, Philippine Airlines. The airline flies a mix of international and domestic flights. Combined, Cebu Pacific Airlines flies to more than 50 destinations. The airline also has a subsidiary, Cebgo, which focuses solely on domestic flights within the Philippines. Cebgo flies to and from destinations that aren't already in Cebu Pacific's route network.
In 2010, Cebu Pacific became the largest airline (based on the number of passengers flown on domestic and international routes) in the Philippines and has continued to hold that claim ever since.

Carry-on Baggage
- The carry-on baggage allowance is one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 7kg.
- The baggage must not exceed dimensions of 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.
Checked Baggage
Cebu Pacific's checked baggage allowance varies between fare types.
- Go Basic fare class does not have any checked baggage allowance for passengers.
- Go Easy and Go Flexi passengers are allowed two pieces of baggage allowance with a maximum combined weight of 20kg.
- Any baggage exceeding 32kg won't be accepted by the airline due to international health and safety regulations.
Excess Baggage
There are overweight baggage fees applicable and these will depend on the weight and also the size category the baggage will fall into.

Airport check-in times will vary depending on the destination that you're flying to with Cebu Pacific Airlines.
Online Check-in
Get your boarding pass seven days before your flight with Cebu Pacific online check-in. Online check-in closes four hours prior to departure for international flights and up to one hour prior to departure for domestic flights.
Airport Check-in
Passengers can check in for their flight by visiting the Cebu Pacific check-in desks at the airport of departure.
- From Dubai - For flights leaving from Dubai, airport check-in closes one hour before flight departure time.
- From Shanghai - For flights leaving from Shanghai, airport check-in closes 50 minutes before flight departure time.
- Other Flights - For all other flights, airport check-in closes 45 minutes before flight departure time.
Cabin Classes
Cebu Pacific only officially has 1 cabin class — Economy Class. However, you can buy extras within the Economy cabin.

- Cebu Pacific’s aircraft offer a single-class fare, which is standard Economy Class.
Economy Class Seats
- Cebu aims to offer comfortable travel at a competitive price. Cebu Pacific offers two upgrade options:

In-flight Entertainment & WIFI
Cebu Pacific does not currently offer in-flight entertainment. However, Cebu Pacific offers WiFi access on the A330 planes, provided by OnAir.

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), also known as Manila International Airport, is the airport serving Manila.
At Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Cebu Pacific departs from Terminal 3 for both domestic and international flights.
The airport is between the cities of Pasay and Parañaque and is the main gateway for international travellers to the Philippines. Ninoy Aquino International Airport serves as a hub for AirAsia Philippines, AirAsia Zest, Cebgo, Cebu Pacific, PAL Express, and Philippine Airlines.
Fleet
The airline currently operates a fleet of entirely Airbus aircraft and has one of the most modern aircraft fleets in the world, with continued planned updates until 2024. The airline has aircraft models such as the A320/neo, A321/neo/XLR, A330-300 and A330-900. Although Cebu Pacific is often changing and replacing aircraft within its fleet, it usually has between 50–60 at one time.

Cebu Pacific only allows animals onto flights with passengers on flights to and from the United States when the passenger is in need of a service animal.
Service animals are those which are trained to help people with disabilities or mental health problems, this includes emotional support animals.
To fly with an emotional support animal, passengers must provide a letter from a registered mental health professional dated no more than one year prior to the flight date. On domestic flights within the Philippines, pets can be transported via Air Cargo.

Cebu Pacific and Lufthansa Technik have expanded their partnership to include comprehensive Airframe-Related Components (ARC) services for Cebu Pacific's A320ceo and A321ceo fleets.
This new agreement strengthens the existing collaboration between the two companies, which has covered a wide range of services, including MRO for engines and aircraft components. The partnership is a testament to Lufthansa Technik's reliability and expertise, allowing Cebu Pacific to operate safely and efficiently while offering affordable flights to passengers.
