Enter Air is a Polish charter airline that offers domestic and international charter and holiday flights. The airline is based at Warsaw Chopin Airport, with a secondary base at Katowice International Airport. From its two main bases, Enter Air flies to over 70 different destinations across a number of different countries, including Greece, Italy, Spain, Turkey, the UAE, Sri Lanka, Egypt and more.
Enter Air was established in 2009 and flew its first service in April 2010. The airline mainly operates charter flights in partnership with major tour operators in Poland but also sells tickets independently.
Enter Air's has a different baggage policy for carry and checked baggage. When travelling on Enter Air passengers are given a carry-on baggage allowance of 5kg carry-on baggage allowance.
Passengers flying on Enter Air are given a carry-on baggage allowance of 5kg carry-on baggage allowance. Luggage must fit within the overall dimensions of 115 cms (w x h x l).
Carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead locker or under the seat and no dangerous goods should board the aircraft. The airline reserves the right to decide which items are allowed onboard the aircraft.
Passengers flying on Enter Air are given a checked baggage limit of 20kg on most flights. However, this limit is reduced to 16kg on routes that fly to or from the following airports:
Checked baggage dimensions must be no larger than 80 x 120 cms, no matter where passengers are flying.
On-board catering could be free of charge depending on the type of ticket purchased. Some fare classes include catering options whereas some don't. If you are unsure please contact our customer service team if you have purchased your ticket with us.
Food can also be purchased onboard, sandwiches, alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages, hot meals and snacks are available in the menu. The menu is available in the onboard magazines. Credit card payments are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
Unfortunately, passengers flying with Enter Air cannot check-in online, instead they must check in at the airport.
Enter Air doesn't offer online check-in for any of its flights or services.
As Enter Air doesn't offer online check-in, passengers must check-in for their flight at the airport by presenting the relevant travel documents to an Enter Air check-in agent. Airport check-in opens two hours before scheduled flight departure time and closes 45 minutes before.
Passengers must present valid photographic identification and visa for the arrival country (if applicable) at check-in. Failure to meet the airline's check-in requirement may be denied boarding.
Frequent flyer programme is not offered to the passengers.
As a charter airline, the airline does not belong to any global airline alliance.

Warsaw Chopin Airport, full name Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport, is an international airport in Warsaw, Poland and is the hub airport for Enter Air. Warsaw Chopin in the main airport in Poland and is the largest by size, passenger traffic and the number of airlines facilitated.
The airline has one large terminal, named Terminal A. The airport was previously to be split into two terminal, each numbered (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2). However, in 2010, the airport was restructured and now Terminal A covers five check-in areas (lettered A—E) across two main halls — the South Hall (previously Terminal 1) and the North Hall (previously Terminal 2).

Enter Air to receive three Boeing 737-800s
The contract has been signed for Enter Air to wet-lease three Boeing 737-800 aircraft from Slovak charter airline, Go2Sky. At present, the airline has over 20 aircraft within its fleet. The three new aircraft will add to the airlines' existing fleet of Boeing aircraft, which is comprised of both B737-800 and B737-8 jets.
