Empire Airlines is a US airline from Idaho. The airline offers scheduled passenger flights and cargo flights and is based at Coeur d'Alene Airport in Kootenai County, Idaho. Including passengers and cargo, the airline flies to more than 50 destinations within the US and Canada.
Although the airline flies both cargo and passenger flights, the majority of its flights are cargo, including all of its mainland US flights. The only passenger flights that the airline flies are within the Hawaiian islands, which it operates on the behalf of Ohana by Hawaiian.
Empire Airlines only operates on behalf of other airlines. This means that it doesn't use its own branding and logo on any of its flights and instead uses the branding of the airline that it's flying on behalf of. Having said that, it's easy to tell if you're on a flight that's being operated by Empire Airlines, as under the airline name on the plane, it will usually read 'operated by Empire Airlines'.
With cargo flights, it usually operates on the behalf of Fed Ex.
The airline doesn't have an exclusive contract with any carrier, so, in theory, can operate on behalf of any airline in the future if it reaches an agreement.
When taking into account both cargo and passenger flights, the airline flies to more than 50 destinations within the US, including to Salt Lake City, Albuquerque, Rapid City, Seattle, Sant Barbara, Fort Worth, Idaho Falls and many more.
In terms of just passenger flights, the airline flies to a number of destinations within Hawaii. This includes Honolulu, Moloka'i, Lana'i, Kapalua, Kahului, Hilo and Kailua-Kona.
The airline gives a free carry-on baggage allowance of one piece per person. This baggage must not exceed 11.5 kg (25 lbs) and must fit within the dimensions of 22" (56 cm) x 14" (36 cm) x 9" (23 cm) (l x w x h).
Passengers are not given a free checked baggage allowance but can purchase checked baggage prior to their flight. Passengers can purchase up to five pieces of checked baggage and each bag cannot weigh more than 23 kg or be larger than the overall dimensions of 62 linear inches (156 cm).
Empire Airlines only operates flights with an Economy Class cabin. As the airline flies commuter flights with short flight times, in-flight services are limited. However, the airline's cabin crew is readily available to help with any requests that passengers might have during the flight.
Seats are set out in a 2 x 2 configuration, giving each passenger access to either a window or aisle.

There's no in-flight food service on Empire Airlines flights. Passengers may bring their own food and drink with them on the flight, as long as it's allowed through airport security.
The airline does serve one complimentary drink, with a choice of water or juice.
There's no in-flight entertainment installed on Empire Airlines flights. Passengers may be provided with the in-flight magazine of the airline that Empire is operating on behalf of. However, this is subject to availability.
