AirExplore is a Slovak ACMI and charter airline based at Bratislava Airport. Since there establishment in 2010, the airline has served over 5 million passengers in 40 thousand flights. It is recorded with 96% on-time performance too.
A fleet of Boeing 737 are operating within the airline and it has bases across Europe, South America and Asia to suit its clients' needs. Charter flights are serviced for tour operators, football teams, companies and clients with contracts.
AirExplore has different policies for carry-on baggage and checked baggage.
Passengers are entitled to one carry-on baggage no larger than 55cm x 40cm x 20cm and no heavier than 8kg. One personal item is also allowed, but it has to fit the overhead locker or under the seat. A small handbag, an umbrella, a laptop are counted as personal items.
All passengers are entitled to one checked baggage. C travel class passengers can check-in a piece of luggage up to 30kg whereas Y travel class passengers are only allowed baggage up to 15kg.
Any luggage exceeding 32kg will not be accepted due to Health and Safety regulations.
AirExplore offers online check in and airport check in. We advise that you check in online for a quick and easy airport journey, but if you're unable to check in online you can check in at the airport.
Online check-in is available via the airline website. Check-in can be completed using passenger ticket and passport details. Once check-in has been completed, passengers can obtain their boarding pass. Passengers can then report directly to airport security if they are not travelling with checked baggage.
Airport check-in counters close 45 minutes before scheduled departure time.
Any passengers with reduced mobility or need assistance must check-in 60 minutes before scheduled departure time.
AirExplore reserves the right to deny boarding for passengers who are late for check-in. Identifications are also needed for check-in and immigration, please bring all travel documentation with you when you travel. All passengers should arrive two hours before the scheduled departure time in order to check-in before the check-in deadline.
No frequent flyer programme is currently on offer.
