Voepass Linhas Aéreas passengers can choose to check in online prior to the flight departure.
Online check-in is available on the airline website. Web check-in is available from 72 hours before the flight to 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Simply have your e-ticket and your travel document ready to check-in online.
Web check-in is recommended as it reduces the time required at the airport. Passengers who don't check-in online, children under 12 and groups must check-in at the airport.
Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport two hours before the established departure time. Any passengers who have checked-in online and travelling with checked baggage must proceed to the bag-drop area to drop your luggage. Any passengers who haven't checked-in online must proceed to the airline check-in counters.
The airline check-in area should be clearly marked on the departure information board. The check-in counters should be marked with the airline name and logo, please check before queuing up for check-in.
The airline has no frequent flyer programme on offer.
Voepass Linhas Aéreas isn't part of any airline alliance.
