Airlines that fly within Victoria

Victoria is the smallest of the mainland states, located beneath New South Wales. This region is home to one of Australia's popular cities, Melbourne, the second most populated city in the country.

As the state is not as vastly spread out as the other regions in the country, many will choose to explore the state by car. Most tourists heading to Victoria will fly to Melbourne. It is easy to catch a domestic flight to Melbourne from elsewhere in Australia, or by flying to the international airport from abroad. From Melbourne, a popular excursion is to head southwest of Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road, home of stunning coastal scenery and water sport activity, as well as the famous ‘Twelve Apostles’.

There are only a limited number of regional flights within the region, owing to its much smaller size. There are numerous domestic flights to Melbourne from elsewhere in Australia. Take a look at the section below to find out more.
