We recommend visiting Kamari beach for romantic walks as well as seeing Akrotiri lighthouse and the ruins of Byzantine Castle if you're looking for a bit of adventure with your loved one.
If you're flying to Santorini from the US, you may need to catch a connecting flight from Munich, Zurich, Doha, Frankfurt or Athens. There are direct routes available if you're flying to Santorini from within Europe. Santorini Airport (JTR) is only a 12-minute drive away from Thera, the capital of Santorini - unfortunately, there is no public transport available between the airport and Thera since the island is very small so we recommend hiring a car or taking a taxi to wherever you need to go.
