USA3000 Airlines began its operations with only one Airbus A320. The first flight took off from Philadelphia to Cancun on December 28, 2001. At the beginning of 2002, USA3000 Airlines operated two aircraft solely for charter flights out of Philadelphia, Newark, Hartford, and Columbus. In 2002, a third aircraft with a base at Chicago O'Hare International Airport was added to the fleet.
