In July 2021, the UK government announced that all fully vaccinated travellers from the US and the EU can travel to the UK without quarantining at home or in a hotel. With that being said, travellers from the US and amber EU countries would still be required a pre-departure test prior to departure and complete a PCR test on or before day 2 after arrival.

The US has had tough travel restrictions throughout the pandemic, but they've now announced that fully vaccinated travellers from the UK can travel to the US without quarantine. However, you'd still need to prove that you're fully vaccinated, tested negative for COVID-19 before travel and provide contact information upon arrival.
