I wanted to use the Affirm payment plan option to urgently buy a flight ticket that was not planned. And I'm really happy with the experience on 'Alternative Airlines'. Even the additional services that I selected on their website for 'Wheelchair assistance' etc. reflected correctly on the Airline's website when I checked with the booking reference.

Extremely professional, thorough, responsive, and put in a big effort to help me change my flight reservation at the last minute with a few technicalities. The airline was absolutely no health, but she stepped up big-time and took a big part of her day to help assist on this and communicated back-and-forth with me on every step of the way. You don’t get customer service like this anymore so I greatly appreciate your help and recommend this company and her services to anybody and everybody.
