Toki Air is a low-cost airline in Japan that began operating flights on January 31st, 2024. It was jointly established in 2020 by the Niigata Chamber of Commerce and the Niigata Association of Corporate Executives. The airline offers domestic Japanese services from its hub airport in Niigata. It currently flies from Niigata to Sapporo Okadama, Sendai, and Chubu (Centrair). However, it plans to also offer routes to Sado and Kobe. It flies with ATR 42-600 and ATR 72-600 aircrafts.
Toki Air's baggage policies.
Carry-on baggage can be up to 45cm x 35cm x 20cm, and customers are entitled to one bag per person. You can also bring a small personal item, such as a handbag, camera or umbrella. The total of your carry-on and personal items cannot exceed 10kg. Dangerous items, such as knives, scissors, and bats, are prohibited from being brought onboard.
Customers are entitled to one piece of free checked baggage per person, which must be within 50cm x 60cm x 120cm and cannot exceed 20kg. Long items like skis and surfboards can total 210cm in height.
You can pay a fee to bring a heavier suitcase of up to 32kg. With this perk, you can carry multiple bags as long as the sum is no more than 45kg.
Items like wheelchairs, strollers, portable cradles and child seats (that will be used during the flight) won't contribute to your checked baggage amount.

Toki Air consists of just its economy class. Its seats are 30 inches in pitch and 17 inches in width.

Check-in facilities will be available at the airport. We recommend that you arrive no later than 90 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Toki Air operates short domestic services on regional aircrafts, therefore it doesn't offer Wi-Fi or inflight entertainment.
