TNT Airways had different baggage policies for carry-on and checked baggage.
Carry-on baggage must fit in the overhead lockers and under the seat in front. No prohibited items were allowed to be packed in carry-on baggage including liquids over 100ml,
Due to health and safety regulations, checked baggage couldn't weigh more than 32kg and exceed the size allowance. If passengers were to travel with any fluid, it must be within 100ml and packed within a plastic bag for airport security check.
TNT Airways passengers could choose to check in online and at the airport.
TNT Airways passengers could check in online prior to the flight departure through the airlines website or mobile app.
If passengers were unable to check in online, then they could check in at the airport. Airport check in usually opened 3 hours prior to the flight departure time.
