After you've made your booking and your first payment with Spotii, we'll send you your e-tickets straight away.
Occasionally, we may have to carry out a couple of extra checks before sending out your ticket. However, if this happens to you, there's no need to worry! It's purely procedural and we'll make sure to send your ticket out within 24 hours, keeping you updated with its progress.

Can I use Spotii to buy flights at Alternative Airlines?
Yes! Alternative Airlines offers lots of payment plan options, including Spotii! Search for flights with hundreds of airlines, then checkout using Spotii. Use the search form at the top of the page to begin. We offer Spotii if you reside in the United Arab Emirates and pay in AED, Saudi Arabia and pay in SAR, and Bahrain and pay in BHD. You'll need valid ID to qualify.
What happens if I missed my payment?
There's a late fee on your account if you missed your payment. This will be stated in the terms and conditions. However, if you paid on time, there won't be any additional costs.
Can I use Spotii if I'm not living in Saudi?
Yes, you can, if you are over the age of 18 and have a valid debit or credit card and also a valid government-issued ID.
