Skymark Airlines is a low-cost airline whose headquarters are in Haneda Airport, Japan. Skymark was the first low-cost carrier in the country and is one of the only airlines that offers domestic flights to Haneda Airport. The airline was founded in 1996 and in 2015 Skymark creditors decided to restructure the airline with investments from All Nippon Airways, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and the Development Bank of Japan.
Skymark Airlines has also announced that flights will be available from Narita Airpot, in Tokyo, to Saipan, the largest of the Northern Mariana Islands, a U.S. commonwealth in the Western Pacific. The airline will be offering charter flights in March, April and May 2019, and plans to launch daily scheduled flights in the Northern Summer.

Skymark Airlines has a maximum weight for carry-on baggage of 10kg and it must not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 25cm.
The checked baggage allowance for Skymark Airlines passengers is 20kg with total dimensions no greater than 50cm x 60cm x 120cm. Any baggage that doesn't fit those measurements or weight will be charged.
Online check-in is not currently available for Skymark Airlines flights.
Airport check-in desks open two hours before the scheduled departure. For flights to Haneda, Sapporo, Kobe, Fukuoka, Kagoshima and Naha you can check in anytime on the day of the flight while the desk is open.
