If you're flying with Premier Airlines, you will need to follow the different rules around carry-on and checked baggage allowances. These will vary depending on the fare type you have purchased.
Carry-on baggage is stated on your ticket purchased with the airline as it's depending on the aircraft that the passenger is flying. Regardless of the aircraft you are flying, the items onboard must fit within the overhead lockers or under the seat in front.
Any passengers exceeding the carry-on limit may be charged with an excess fee or be asked to be transported as checked baggage. Oversized items must not be carried onboard for safety reasons.
Prohibited items cannot be carried onboard including any fluid exceeding 100ml. This includes items such as toothpaste, hair gel, shampoo, etc. Any fluid within 100ml must be placed in a plastic bag ready for airport security.
Checked baggage is included in the fare but the weight must not exceed 30kg in total. Baggage included must fit within the permitted dimension or it may be charged as an oversize item or cargo depending on the size of the item.
Checked baggage must not exceed 32kg per piece due to international health and safety regulations.
To check-in for your Premier Airlines flight, you can do so online or at the airport.
Online check-in is available via the airline website. Passengers can check-in online with their booking reference and passengers details.
Passengers are always advised to check-in online as it'd save time from queuing at the airport. The boarding pass of the flight could be obtained once online check-in is completed.
Airport check-in opens three hours before and closes 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
Passengers should always aim to arrive at the airport early to avoid any delays that could delay your journey to the airport. Once arrive at the airport, passengers should report to the airline check-in counters as soon as possible.
Failure to check-in on time may result in loss of fare. The airline reserves the right to refuse any late passengers to board.
