Phoenix Airways is an inter-Caribbean airline that's hub airport is based in Basseterre, St Kitts. The airline operates a regional charter model but there were hopes for the airline to evolve into a fully scheduled carrier. Phoenix Airways began its operations in July 2014 and began flying to destinations all around the Caribbean and the Americas, including Aruba, Barbados, Puerto Rico, Dominica, Nevis etc. Phoenix Airways' CEO is a man named Neville Gumbs.

Phoenix Airways operates regional flights to a range of destinations within the Caribbean and beyond. These destinations include Barbados, Aruba, Puerto Rico, Dominica, Nevis, Bridgetown, Antigua, St Maarten, Anguilla, Beef Island, Santa Domingo, Saint Croix, and Tortola.
Cabin Classes
CEO of Phoenix Airways, Neville Gumbs, made a statement which outlined the cabin classes that would be available onboard a Phoenix Airways flight. He stated that there would be 7 different cabin classes in total. These are:

- Lite
- Elite
- Plus
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
All of the cabin classes listed above will take passengers to various destinations, at different times of the year.

The airport is large enough to accommodate commercial jets as well as smaller regional aircraft that arrive from around the Caribbean.
