NG Eagle hasn't announced its specific baggage rules however there are general guidelines you can follow before packing for your trip.
Most airlines allow passengers to carry 1 piece of cabin baggage and 1 personal item (such as a purse or a laptop bag).
The size and weight restrictions for cabin baggage may vary however the common size limit is around 56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 inches), and the weight limit typically cannot exceed 7-10kg (15-22 lbs).
Please note that these rules may differ from the airline's own baggage allowance rules - please contact the airline directly for more accurate information.
The number of checked bags allowed will depend on your ticket type, class of service and the airline's specific policy.
Airlines often have a maximum weight limit of 20-23kg per checked baggage (44-50 lbs). The linear dimensions (length + width + height) also cannot exceed 158 cm (62 inches).
Please note that these rules may differ from the airline's own baggage allowance rules - please contact the airline directly for more accurate information.
NG Eagle operates its flights with a wet-leased A320-200. It aims to offer cabin classes - Economy and Business.
Standard economy class seating is usually arranged in a 3-3 configuration. The seat pitch may vary between 28-30 inches. Seats will have limited recline.
In-flight entertainment screens may be equipped on the aircraft and shared overhead screens may also be available.
A meal or snack service may be available depending on the duration of the flight.
Business class seating is usually in a 2-2 or 2-3 configuration, offering more spacious and comfortable seating than economy-class.
The seats in Business Class are usually larger with greater recline. Lie-flat seats may not be available with NG Eagle due to the short duration of the flights it operates.
Individual in-flight entertainment screens may be available with a selection of movies, TV shows and music.
It's not known whether in-flight entertainment is provided on NG Eagle flights. Please check directly with the airline for more accurate information.
We recommend bringing your own forms of entertainment such as a book to read or your favourite TV shows/movies/music downloaded on your personal electronic devices.
A complimentary snack or beverage may be provided on NG Eagle flights however this is not guaranteed due to the type of flights it operates.
Online check-in is available for NG Eagle flights. You can check in online via the airline's official check-in page.
You can check in for your NG Eagle flight at the airport via the airline's check-in counters. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2-3 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. This is to allow enough time for you to get through baggage drop and security procedures.
