Founded in 1995, Nationwide Airlines was a South African airline that operated scheduled domestic and international services across the rest of Africa and to parts of Europe. Nationwide Airlines originally operated a charter airline but by the end of 1995, began scheduled flights across South Africa.
In 2003, Nationwide Airlines launched its first international service and rolled out several others shortly after, with services to the likes of Livingstone and even as far as London.
