Mahogany Air was founded in March 2014 but officially started operations in 2016. It's a Zambian regional airline located in Lusaka at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport. Mahogany Air is also operating scheduled flights to domestic destinations in Zambia.

Carry-on baggage must fit within the overhead lockers or under the seat onboard. Hand baggage must fit within the maximum dimension and weight or passengers will be asked to transport it as checked baggage.

Online check-in isn't available for passengers. All passengers must check-in at the airport.
Airport check-in is available 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. The check-in deadline for the airline depends on the departing airport and the flight duration. Please check the flight ticket for more information or contact our customer service team if you've booked with us.
Passengers should report to the airline check-in desk as soon as they arrive at the airport to obtain their boarding pass and drop their bags.
Any passengers reporting late to check-in may be denied to board the aircraft. At Alternative Airlines, we recommend passengers to arrive at the airport two hours before the scheduled departure time.

Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN) is the largest airport in Zambia, serving international routes as well as domestic routes. The airport was named Lusaka International Airport prior to 2011 but it was renamed in the same year. Currently, the airport is operating with one passenger terminal and two active runways, serving around one million passengers per year. A new passenger terminal is under construction.
