Lihue Airport is the primary airport that serves the island of Kauai in Hawaii. It offers daily inter-island flights operated by Hawaiian Airlines and Southwest Airlines, connecting passengers to other Hawaiian Islands.

The airport is located 5.8 miles (3.7 km) southeast coast of the island of Kauaʻi in Kaua'i County, in Hawaii, United States.

The airport features two asphalt runways, both designated 3/21 and 17/35, each measuring 6,500 feet in length. These runways accommodate a variety of aircraft, including narrow-body jets commonly used for inter-island and mainland flights.


Main Terminal

The main terminal consists of Gates 9 to 10 which are mostly used by United Airlines. Alaska Airlines sometimes uses Gate 9 as well. Delta Air Lines, Alaska Airlines, and WestJet mostly uses Gates 7-8. Hawaiian Airlines. American Airlines mostly uses Gate 3 and sometimes Gate 4.
