‘Buying on Layaway’ refers to a deposit system whereby a merchant reserves a good until the consumer completes a series of agreed payments in order to obtain it. Although we don’t offer layaway for flights in the traditional meaning of the term, we do offer lots of flexible payment options that enable you to reserve your flight tickets with only a small percentage of the total cost, while spreading the remainder of the cost over time.
Low Deposit Flights
Although you are unable to reserve your flights with a deposit, we do offer a number of payment plan options that enable you to only pay a small percentage of the cost of your flights today. Secure your flights and only pay the first 25% today.
Choose one of our biweekly ‘buy now, pay later’ options to split the cost into 4 equal payments, with only the first 25% made today. The remaining 3 payments will be made every 2 weeks for 6 weeks, interest-free. Simply select one of our ‘pay in 4’ options at checkout: Zip, Afterpay or Affirm’s ‘Split Pay’ option. 'Buy now, pay later' can be used on any flight ticket, with any airline — depending on the cost of your flights. Full eligibility criteria also applies.
Longer-Term Financing for Flights

You can also pay in 4 over 6 weeks, which is called Split Pay. What's more, is Split Pay interest free. Options available may depend on the total cost of your cart.

To buy on 'layaway' means to make a series of agreed-upon payments to a merchant or seller before you can then take ownership of an item. In that sense, we do not offer the option to buy flights on layaway. However, what we do offer is the option to book your tickets and only pay a small percentage of the total cost upfront. The remaining amount will then be split over a fixed number of weekly or monthly instalments.
