Kush Air Uganda is a regional charter airline founded in 2018 that also operates scheduled flights in the East African region. As well as these, the airline has cargo services, VIP services and operates humanitarian flights.
Three destinations are Arua, Entebbe and Yei in Uganda and South Sudan. These flights are operated with a fleet of Fokker F50, Fokker F60 and Dornier Do-328JET.

Kush Air Uganda has different baggage policies for carry-on and checked baggage.
Carry-on baggage must fit within the baggage allowance of the airline. The maximum dimension and weight should be stated on the airline ticket. Any baggage exceeding the limit will not be accepted by the airline as a free baggage allowance.
Prohibited items are not allowed in carry-on baggage and must be stored in checked baggage.
Checked baggage allowance depends on the ticket purchased and the flight, please refer to your ticket for more information or contact us if you've booked your ticket with us.
No permitted checked baggage can exceed 32kg in total weight or it won't be accepted as checked baggage. Any passengers who wish to carry excess baggage can request that during the booking process or contact our customer service team if you've already booked with us.
Kush Air Uganda passengers must check in at the airport since the airline doesn't offer online check in.
Online check-in isn't available for passengers. All passengers must check-in at the airport.
Airport check-in is available between 24 hours to 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights. International flights check-in closes 90 minutes.
Passengers are advised to report to the airline check-in counter as soon as they arrive at the airport. The airport check-in location is labelled on the airport departure information board. Passengers should ensure that their carry-on baggage doesn't contain any prohibited items and must be stored in the checked baggage.
Kush Air Uganda isn't currently offering customers a frequent flyer programme.

Entebbe International Airport (EBB) is an international airport based in Entebbe, Uganda situated around 6km. The airport has two active runways and a passenger terminal, accommodating around two million passengers a year before the pandemic.
Other airlines flying to and from the airport include, but not limited to, Aerolink Uganda, Emirates, Precision Air, RwandAir, Uganda Airlines, Tarco Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Air Tanzania and Jambojet.
