Runways

King Abdulaziz International Airport or Jeddah International Airport (IATA: JED), is equipped with three runways to facilitate efficient air traffic operations. One Runway has a length of approximately 4,000 meters and is designed to handle various aircraft sizes. Running parallel to it, another Runway provides additional capacity for takeoffs and landings, also spanning around 4,000 meters. The third runway, measures approximately 3,600 meters, contributing to the airport's overall capability in managing both domestic and international flights. These runways are essential components ensuring the smooth flow of air traffic at the airport.
