JetSMART Peru is a Peruvian commuter low-cost airline based in Lima, Peru. JetSMART Peru has officially commenced its operations on the 14th of June 2022 serving the Lima-Arequipa domestic route with its Airbus A320neo. The airline is owned by low-cost carrier specialist Indigo Partners and is the company's third South American low-cost carrier, with its first being JetSMART and second being JetSMART Argentina.
The airline operates 10 to 15 domestic routes within Peru as well as other international routes serving South American countries and the Caribbean in the first half of 2021. JetSMART started operating in Peru in December 2017 having international flights between 6 cities such as Santiago de Chile, Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo, Concepción, Antofagasta.

JetSMART Peru allows passengers to bring one piece of free carry-on baggage per passenger. This baggage must weigh no more than 10kg and should be within the dimensions of 45 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm.
JetSMART doesn't provide a free checked baggage allowance. However, it can be purchased via the JetSMART website. No one piece of baggage can exceed 23 kg in weight and it must fit within the dimensions of 158 cm overall.
The airline mainly operates small flights and has only one cabin class that is provided on the aircraft - the standard Economy class. The airline is in an early stage of start-up, and it is not yet known what amenities the airline will offer to its passengers.
Seats are positioned in a 3 x 3 formation depending on the aircraft, ensuring that each passenger will sit by either a window, aisle, both or between two passengers.
Passengers can check-in online for their flight via the JetSMART Peru online check-in page.
Although JetSMART Peru hasn't yet made a statement regarding recommended check-in times for passengers. For passengers traveling out of Peru, it is advised to arrive no later than 2 hours before scheduled departure in order to complete their check-in.
The airline does not currently offer a frequent flyer program.
The airline is part of the JetSMART brand along with JetSMART Argentina.
As of June 2022, the airline has begun operating domestic flights within Peru, as well as international destinations within South America and the Caribbeans.
