Holiday Europe is a Bulgarian airline that offers scheduled and charter passenger flights. The airline is based at Sofia International Airport (SOF) and flies to destinations across Europe, as well to the Canary Islands, the Middle East and Egypt.
The airline was founded in 2019, part-funded and part-owned by Turkish airline, Onur Air. The airline launched as a charter airline, serving leisure destinations with a single Airbus A321-200. Within just a few months of flying, the airline expanded its route network and fleet, operating with seven Airbus A321-200s.
Holiday Europe have different baggage policies for both checked baggage and carry-on baggage.
Passengers are given a free carry-on baggage allowance with a maximum weight of 8 kg. This baggage must not exceed the dimensions of 25 cm (9.8") x 45 cm (17.7") x 56 cm (22").
Checked baggage allowance will depend on the route flown. Typically, flights with a longer journey time a give a greater free checked baggage allowance. The checked baggage allowance for the flight purchased will be detailed at the time of booking and on the e-ticket sent after the flight is purchased.
Holiday Europe's planes have Economy Class-only cabins. Those in Economy Class can expect a relaxed journey in a cabin that is designed to get passengers from A to B with comfort and at good value.
Seats are set out in a 3 x 3 formation. The airline's planes can carry up to 220 people. Seat width is 44 cm (17.3") and pitch is 76 cm (30").
Holiday Europe currently only offer airport check-in for their flights.
The airline doesn't offer online check-in for any of its flights at this time.
Airport check-in can be completed by visiting the airline check-in counters at the airport of departure. Airport check-in times differ depending on the arrival destinations, however, generally, check-in counters close 40 minutes before scheduled flight departure time.
The airline doesn't serve food on its flights. However, passengers are served complimentary drinks during the flight, with both cold and hot drinks offered.

The airport has two terminal buildings and one runway. Holiday Europe typically flies out of Terminal 1, which is where most low-cost and charter airlines fly from. The airport serves more than 7 million passengers each year.
