HiSky is a Modovan airline based at Chișinău International Airport in Chișinău. Cluj International Airport in Romania is another hub for the airline, as the airline also obtains an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in the country as well as in Moldova. HiSky travels to the most popular destinations in Europe such as France, Germany, Turkey, United Kingdom and Russia. HiSky is a low-cost carrier with several additional service charges that passengers can add to their booking such as extra baggage. HiSky has 4 service packages: basic, classic, premium and premium plus - no matter which one you choose you will be guaranteed an amazing experience.
HiSky was founded in February 2020, the airline was due to launch flights in July 2020 and started selling tickets in May 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the airline launch was postponed to April 2021. Its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) were obtained in December 2020 in Romania and February 2021 in Moldova.
Over 10 destinations are being served by the airline with a fleet of Airbus 320 family aircraft, flying to Europe as well as the Middle East.
Depending on the tickets purchased, baggage allowance may vary. Please take the following information as guidance.
Passengers receive a piece of 8kg / 18lbs carry-on baggage on HiSky flights. The item must not exceed the dimensions of 40cm x 30cm x 20cm.
Prohibited items are not allowed in the carry-on baggage including fluid exceeding 100ml. Fluids over 100ml or any other prohibited items will be removed and disposed at security. Any fluid must be placed in a plastic bag for airport security checks.
Checked baggage allowance varies depending on the tickets purchased.
Basic: Checked baggage must not exceed 8kg / 18lbs and the size of a sum of 115cm / 45in.
Class: Checked baggage must not exceed 10kg / 22lbs and the size of a sum of 115cm / 45in.
Premium: Checked baggage must not exceed 20kg / 44lbs and the size of a sum of 158cm / 62in.
Premium Plus: Checked baggage must not exceed 20kg / 44lbs and the size of a sum of 158cm / 62in.
Excess baggage can be purchased during the booking process or by contacting us.
HiSky doesn't currently provide WIFI on board for it's customers.
Food and beverages will be available to purchase on board.
HiSky passengers can check in online. Find out about HiSky's check-in policy, including check-in closing and opening times.
Online check-in is available for HiSky passengers on the airline website. This service is available 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Passengers should have their booking reference and passenger details ready for the online check-in process. Once check-in is completed passengers may be able to obtain their boarding passes.
Only online check-in services are free for customers who purchased Basic tickets.
Airport check-in counters open two hours before and close 45 minutes before the established departure time.
Passengers travelling from Ben Gurion Airport must check-in 60 minutes before departure time and the check-in counter opening time will be four hours before the flight.
Before leaving for the airport, you should ensure you have your travel documents ready for check-in and immigration.
Failure to check-in before the check-in deadline may result in the loss of ticket.
HiSky isn't currently offering a frequent flyer programme for its customers.
HiSky isn't a member of any airline alliances.

The airport provides wheelchairs and other facilities to make your journey as easy as possible. Please book special assistance in advance to your travel so we can help provide with the right equipment.
HiSky is flying to over 10 destinations in Europe and the Middle East from their base at Chisinau, Moldova. Destinations include cities in France, Germany, Ireland, Romania, Russia, Turkey.

Chișinău International Airport (KIV) is the primary international airport in Moldova, in the city of Chișinău. The airport is serving around 3 million passengers per annum with two runways and a maximum capacity of 5.4 million passengers. Air Moldova and FlyOne are the only airlines based at the airport apart from HiSky.

The airport also has parking, a children's playground, rent a car facilities, WIFI, mother and baby room, a duty-free shop and more.
Other airlines including Aeroflot, Austrian Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Turkish Airlines, Ukraine International Airlines and Wizz Air are amongst the many airlines flying to the airport.
As of April 2022, HiSky is operating with a fleet of Airbus A320 family including the Airbus 319-100 and the A320-200 models. These are narrowbody aircraft with a capacity of around 180 passengers.
