Passengers flying with Heston Airlines are permitted to check in at the airport as online check-in isn't available.
Web check-in isn't available for passengers, all passengers must check-in at the airport.
As passengers cannot check-in online, passengers should arrive early at the airport to check in on time for their flights.
Airport check-in counters close 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time and the boarding gate closes 15 minutes the established departure time.
Passengers should report to the check-in desk as soon as they arrive at the airport, to avoid missing the check-in deadline for the airline. Any passengers who fail to report to check-in on time are considered to be late for check-in. The airline has the rights to deny any late passenger to board the aircraft.
Passengers who need special assistance at the airport should leave plenty of time at the airport for the airline to arrange any assistance required.
At Alternative Airlines, we recommend passengers arrive at the airport two hours before for domestic flights and three hours before for international flights.
