Only domestic flights to destinations across America are available from the airport; a connecting flight will need to be made if you are heading to Rochester International Airport from an international destination.

The airport has a main terminal building that has two angled concourses with 22 gates. Recent renovations, completed in 2018, have transformed the main terminal building. The terminal building saw numerous improvements, including a new and enlarged security checkpoint - with a TSA Pre-Check area added. The dining court area and retail spaces were enlarged in the central atrium, along with new seating spaces.
This level has a ticketing hall, security checkpoint, and post-security food court.
The arrivals level has baggage claim carousels, airline baggage offices, visitor information and car rental companies.
