FlyIndico is a charter airline based in Mozambican and was founded February 2019. It flies to domestic Mozambican destinations as well as regional destinations. With its Cessna turboprop aircraft, the airline is only operating short-haul routes around the region or internally within Mozambique.
Despite being a relatively young airline, the airline strives for high safety standard and always satisfying customer needs. It delivers its excellence to many scheduled and charter flights within and outside of the country including Palma, Pemba, Mocímboa da Praia, Mueda, Ibo, Nacala and Nampula in Mozambique.
FlyIndico has a different baggage policy for carry-on and checked baggage policy.
Carry-on items are allowed onboard as long as it doesn't exceed 15kg (33lbs) combined with checked baggage. Soft bags are advised but are not compulsory, the airline has the right to decided whether the carry-on items can be carried on board.
Checked baggage cannot exceed a maximum dimension of 76cm x 48cm x 29cm (30" x 19" x 11") and cannot exceed a total combined weight (carry-on bags + checked baggage) of 15kg (33lbs).
Checked baggage larger than the maximum dimension and weight may be charged and it's the airline's decision on whether to transport the cargo.
Prohibited items are not allowed onboard including any fluid exceeding 100ml. Any of these items found by airport security would be confiscated.
FlyIndico passengers must check in at the airport since the airline doesn't offer online check in.
Online check-in isn't available for customers. All passengers must check-in at the airport.
Passengers are recommended to arrive at the airport two hours before the scheduled departure time. Upon arrival at the airport, passengers should report to the designated check-in area as soon as possible with their travel documents. Please leave plenty of time for check-in and boarding, especially if you're not familiar with the airport layout.
Fly Indico hasn't got a frequent flyer programme offered to the customers.
