FlyGabon is the flag carrier of Gabon. It replaced the country's previous national airlines, Air Gabon and Gabon Airlines, which have both ceased operations. FlyGabon successfully launched in late August 2024 and has been running smoothly since. It offers domestic flights and plans to expand internationally, with its first route being to South Africa. Its hub is Léon-Mba International Airport (LBV), Gabon's main airport. Its fleet consists of ATR 72s.
FlyGabon has different baggage policies for carry-on and checked baggage.
FlyGabon hasn't announced its carry-on baggage policies yet. The industry standard is 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm, so it will likely be something close to this size. However, airlines often have varied rules and regulations.
FlyGabon hasn't announced its checked baggage policies yet. The average size of a large suitcase tends to be around 71 x 46 x 30 cm and weighs no more than 23kg. Again, airlines will have different maximums.
FlyGabon exclusively offers Economy class on its flights.

FlyGabon's check-in information.
Check-in facilities will be available at the airport. We recommend arriving no later than 90 minutes before departure when travelling domestically.
FlyGabon offers online check-in via your phone or computer. From there, you can digitally download your boarding pass.
FlyGabon currently only provides domestic flights. Short-haul flights don't usually have in-flight entertainment or Wi-Fi. When FlyGabon starts offering trips to South Africa, in-flight entertainment may be available, but this is purely speculative.
Complimentary drinks and snacks aren't expected to be provided. However, FlyGabon may offer a buy-onboard service during the flight, but this hasn't been confirmed.

FlyGabon has two aircrafts as part of its fleet, both ATR 72s, designed for short-haul regional trips like FlyGabon's. The airline has also ordered another aircraft, which should join the fleet shortly, an Airbus A320, known for being spacious and fuel-efficient.
