Air Tahiti Nui and Air Tahiti both fly similar routes to FLY CORALway.
Unfortunately, FLY CORALway has ceased operations and has abandoned its launch plans due to a lack of financing and the ongoing impact of COVID-19.
FLY CORALway was an airline based in Tahiti that aimed to operate passenger flights across the Polynesian island group. The airline was based at Faa’a International Airport/Tahiti International Airport (PPT) and was planning to fly to 5 regional destinations.
FLY CORALway launched in 2021 and was set up to serve routes within Polynesian Airlines that aren't served by any other airline. Despite being a Tahitian airline based at Tahiti International, the airline didn't compete with Air Tahiti or Air Tahiti Nui. FLY CORALway wanted to avoid flying the same routes as these airlines purposely and instead focused on flying routes that were not already served but were in demand.
For anyone living within Polynesia or travelling around the South Pacific, FLY CORALway would have been a great choice for travelling between islands. It aimed to offer a great service between destinations that aren't served by any other airlines, making it easier to get between the islands.
FLY CORALway aimed to fly to several destinations across the islands of Polynesia, including to Fiji, New Caledonia, Samoa, Tahiti and Wallis.
FLY CORALway focused on providing 2 cabin classes — Economy Class and Business Class. Economy was its standard 'smart' fare and Business was for those who want a little attention to detail on their flight. There were between 130–150 seats on the flight overall, with 16 Business Class seats.
The Economy cabin was clean, comfortable and perfect for those who were looking to enjoy the flight with no added extras.
Seats were set out in a 3 x 3 configuration. Each seat had a pitch of 31".
The Business Class cabin was perfect for those who wanted to fly with a little style.
On the ground, Business Class passengers could enjoy a dedicated check-in area, fast-track through immigration, pre-boarding and quicker baggage delivery.
In-flight, passengers were given a welcome drink, and snack/meal (depending on flight time) accompanied by a choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, an iPad with films and TV shows to enjoy and complimentary WIFI.
Seats were set out in a 2 x 2 configuration. Each seat had a pitch of 37/38'.
All passengers flying with Fly CORALway had to check-in at the airport.
The airline didn't have online check-in available at this time.
Passengers had to check in at the airport. Passengers could do this by visiting the airport of departure with their travel documents and presenting them to one of the airline check-in agents.
In-flight entertainment was only available for Business Class passengers. Each passenger was given an iPad with pre-downloaded films and TV shows to enjoy throughout the flight.
Business Class passengers were given complimentary WIFI on all flights.
Economy Class passengers could purchase food and drink in-flight with a range of snacks and drinks on offer. The airline also had a full bar service, with many different spirits, wines and beers.
Business Class passengers were given complimentary food and drink. They were welcomed on the flight with a welcome drink and then were given a snack/meal (depending on the length of the flight), as well as unlimited complimentary drinks throughout the flight.

Tahiti International Airport, also known as Faa'a International Airport is the main airport in Tahiti and was the proposed hub airport for FLY CORALway.
Air Tahiti and Air Tahiti Nui also use the airport as a hub. Other airlines that use the airport include Air France, Air New Zealand, Air Calin, French Bee, Hawaiian Airlines and United Airlines. Motu Link Airline will also be based at this airport once it launches operations.
