Jetair Caribbean, previously named United Caribbean Airlines, is an airline based in Curaçao offering both scheduled and charter flights in the region. The airline was founded in 2006 operating charter flights only and got their commercial Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) approved in 2019. By utilising the hub at Curaçao International Airport, the airline can efficiently connect the Caribbean and South America.
The airline operates a fleet of Fokker 70 aircraft to four scheduled destinations including Curaçao, Port-au-Prince, Sto. Domingo and St. Maarten. It's the airline aim to deliver 'high-level of customer service and on-time performance'.

Your baggage allowance will depend on the destination your travelling to/from and the cabin class you fly in.
One personal item and a piece of carry-on baggage are in the baggage allowance for each passenger.
Carry-on baggage has a weight and size limitation of 8kg and 56cm x 36cm x 23cm respectively. Personal items onboard must fit under the seat and it cannot exceed 45cm x 35cm x 20cm in three dimensions. A personal item includes items such as a laptop bag, a camera bag and a purse.
Passengers travelling with infants an also carry an additional diaper bag.
Any item exceeding the size and/or weight limit mentioned above must be transported as checked baggage.
Passengers are entitled to one free 23kg checked baggage for the flight, this item cannot exceed 158cm in a total of three dimensions. Any items exceeding the weight limit would be charged with a fee and wouldn't be accepted if it's over 32kg.

Jetair only officially has 1 cabin class — Economy Class. However, you can buy extras such as extra legroom within the Economy cabin.
Jetair economy seats are in a 3 x 2 configuration, with a seat pitch between 29" to 36" depending on the seat selected. Emergency exit row has the largest seat pitch but it's usually reserved for passengers needed.
Jetair has different check-in opening and closing times depending on whether your flight is domestic or international, as well as your method of check-in.
Online check-in can be completed on the airline website and it's available 24 hours before to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please prepare the ticket details and valid travel documentation in order to check-in. Once check-in is done, passengers without checked baggage can proceed to airport security upon arrival. Passengers with checked baggage would only need to drop off their bags at the check-in counter.
Passengers would be able to obtain boarding pass once online check-in is done, seats can also be selected during the check-in process. Online check-in is recommended as it saves time from queuing at the airport.
The airline advises passengers to check-in 90 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Depending on your flight and departing airport, airport check-in usually close around 30-45 minutes before departure but do check with the airline for information.
When arriving at the airport, passengers should proceed to the designated check-in area for the airline. Airport check-in desk would be clearly marked with the airline's name and logo, please seek assistance from the airport staff if unsure.
The airline doesn't currently offer a frequent flyer programme for customers.
