Elite Airways operates both charter and scheduled passenger services for leisure and business passengers, groups and corporations. The airline was founded in 2005 and is based in Portland. Portland International Jetport (PWM) is their base airport where maintenance procedures commence.
The company's goal is to provide quality services to its customers. They are proud of their "Elite Class" services and their safety records. From small to big cities, they wish to provide passengers with the best deal possible on their jets. It is also pet friendly. In 2014, Elite Airways operated flights for Branson Air Express, but the partnership ended later in 2015.
In 2021, Elite Airways started operating from Westchester County Airport, with new destinations including the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and destinations in Florida and Maine. In November 2021, Elite will operate flights twice a week between Newark, New Jersey and St. Augustine Regional Airport.
The majority of the destinations served are in the United States, with a focus on flights to Florida.
Baggage Policy
With Elite Airways, passengers are entitled to one carry-on bag, one personal item and one piece of free checked baggage.
Carry-on Baggage
One carry-on baggage and a personal item are allowed onboard. These items have to fit under the seat or in the overhead lockers. Personal items could be objects like a purse, a laptop, a backpack, etc.
Overhead baggage should not exceed 56 x 36 x 23cm or 22 x 14 x 9in. Any baggage exceeding the weight or size limit wouldn't be accepted by the airline as hand baggage, you may be asked to transport it as checked baggage.
Checked Baggage
You are entitled to one free checked baggage. Excess baggage can be purchased by booking with Alternative Airlines. Checked baggage cannot exceed 32kg/50lb in weight. Any baggage exceeding 32kg/71lbs would not be accepted by the airline due to international health and safety regulations.

Cabin Classes
Elite Airways has only one cabin class: Economy.
Class Information
The airline mostly operates small flights and there is only one cabin class that is provided on the aircraft and that is the standard Economy class. The airline gives you amenities such as one free checked piece of baggage, snacks, drinks and the option of choosing your seat.
Seats
Seats are positioned in a 1 x 2 formation depending on the aircraft, ensuring that each passenger will sit by either a window, aisle or both.

Online check-in and airport check-in is available for flights with Elite Airways.
Online Check-in
Online check-in is available on the airline website. It opens between 24 to 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Please prepare your passport and the booking reference for check-in.
Airport Check-in
For domestic flights, the check-in counter closes 30 minutes before departure (except for Newark. Newark check-in counters close one hour before the flight. For international flights, check-in counters close one hour before the flight.
We recommend you arrive two hours before departure for domestic flights and three hours for international flights.
Food
Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are free onboard. However, cocktails will be charged for $5.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is not available onboard any flight.
Frequent Flyer Program
Elite Airways hasn't offered any frequent flyer programme.
